What is the Yugestu Bijin Yomogi Warming Pad?

The Yomogi Warming Pad works to warm up the belly and pelvic region. In our 10th year with over 12 million sold, the Yomogi Warming Pad has been the number one product in Rakuten’s Health Goods section, and its 92.3% satisfaction rate tells you that this is a successful and popular product.

The Yomogi Warming Pad is like a hand-warmer that’s made in the shape of a feminine napkin. It sticks to the inside of your underwear so it can easily warm up the entire pelvic region. Why “yomogi”? Yomogi, or Japanese mugwort plant, is used in the pad because the whole idea for the Warming Pad was taken from the “yomogi steam” spa treatment familiarly used in Korea from ancient times. The greatest feature of the Yomogi Warming Pad is that you can get the full benefits of the warming and relaxation of the pelvic region without needing to access a yomogi steam bath facility.

These days more and more women have a low average body temperature, and the “onkatsu” or “warm up” movement is gaining ground. Low body temperature is thought to be linked to problems of immunity and metabolism, and during pregnancy it is especially important to maintain an environment where the body does not get chilled. It’s great to have the Yomogi Warming Pad on hand for times like that.

* The “yomogi steam” treatment consists of warming the pelvis by sitting atop a chair that emits steam from a receptacle below where yomogi or mugwort plant is steamed. During the treatment the client is wrapped in a cape that surrounds her entire body so that no steam escapes. It has been used as a health spa treatment for centuries in Korea, and works to correct imbalances caused by feminine disorders like lower body chills, tightness in neck and shoulder region, or menopause, allowing you to achieve full relaxation.

◯How the Yomogi Warming Pad Works

Heating Element: Iron Powder, Activated Charcoal, Diatomaceous Earth, Salt, Water, Tourmaline Powder
Pad Surface: Nonwoven Fabric Pad Interior: Yomogi (Mugwort), Japanese Peppermint, Chameleon Plant Composite Sheeting

The organic mugwort used in the pad is from Korea’s Ganghwa Island where it is commonly known as Lion’s Foot Yomogi. With thick leaves that are as big as a lion’s foot, it has a strong antimicrobial effect compared to ordinary mugwort. The plant is edible and is also known for its flowers, but Yugetsu Bijin is careful to use only the leaves, which are tested for pesticide residue and heavy metals. We use only leaves that have cleared every test. Since they are to be used in a delicate area of your body it’s important that you feel safe.

◯Other Products by Yugetsu Bijin, Developer of Yomogi Warming Pad

Besides the Yomogi Warming Pad, we have a full lineup of yomogi Japanese mugwort products for women’s health including panty liners that keep women comfortable every day and bath salts that warm the entire body in the bath.

Feedback after Trying Yomogi Warming Pad

Users shared the following three impressions of the Yomogi Warming Pad.

– Penetrating warmth without being too hot
– Body relaxed from the core, felt relief
– Abdomen and lower back warmed up

I purchased the 6-pad box and used a pad every morning. From the beginning it felt like I wasn’t wearing anything, but when I put my hand on my belly I could tell that it was gradually getting warmer. If you feel your belly before you put the pad on it might be easy to tell the difference.

It warms the body thoroughly but gently, and it was good to have some relaxation time. It is always hard for me to get my body temperature up in the morning and I feel sluggish, but the pad takes that feeling away and it was easy to get moving in the morning.

It was also a good thing that the pad made me notice the areas around my pelvis like belly and lower back were surprisingly chilly, though it didn’t usually bother me. I have heard that chills in the lower body are the root of many disorders, so I want to stay healthy using the Yomogi Warming Pad to keep my body warm.
