The kit consists of cleansing oil 24ml, facewash cream 20g, medicated skin lotion 24ml and whitening emulsion 28ml. The products are formulated using many Japanese and Chinese plant extracts such as pearl barley extract, loquat leaf extract and Japanese mugwort extract.

First, let us try out the cleansing oil. I applied some foundation, eyeshadow and eyeliner on the back of my forearm in the left picture, while the cleansing oil can be seen in the right picture. The oil is transparent with a sweet fruity scent and has a slightly sticky texture. Add a little water, apply and rub the oil on the area with the makeup and voila, the makeup comes off easily.

Next, let us wash our face and apply the skin lotion and emulsion. Even in small amounts, the facewash cream forms fine bubbles making it easy for the skin to absorb. After the facewash, the skin feels moisturized. Next is the skin lotion. It is a little milky white and when applied, feels as though it soaks right into the skin. Lastly we will apply the slightly sticky emulsion. I was utterly surprised at the huge difference of my skin condition the next morning; moisture was retained in the skin overnight, creating smooth skin the next day.

FANCL BOTANICAL FORCE

Next, I would like to introduce the skincare travel kit from FRANCL.

The kits includes a week’s worth of products consisting of 7 packets of cleansing oil, cream cleanser 20g, skin lotion 15ml and jelly milk emulsion 15ml.

Again, I applied some foundation, eyeshadow and eyeliner on the back of my forearm in the left picture, while the cleansing oil can be seen in the right picture. Add a little water, rub the oil on the affected area and you will be able to remove the makeup. I noticed that compared to the sekkisei cleansing oil, it was a little harder to remove the makeup.

Starting from the left is the cream cleanser, skin lotion and jelly milk emulsion. Again even in small amounts, the cream cleanser forms fine bubbles and it was able to foam up nicely when I lathered it on my hand♪ On the other hand the skin lotion is transparent and smooth, while the emulsion is a milky white color and relatively viscous. Both the skin lotion and the emulsion also contain many plant-based moisturizing ingredients which helps to retain moisture in the skin.
