At the entrance, use the self-service kiosk (touch panel) to select the number of people and your preferred seating (counter or table). A ticket with your number will be issued. Wait while checking the monitor until your number is called.

When your number is called, scan the QR code on your ticket at the machine and proceed to your assigned seat.

To enter smoothly even during busy times, making an online reservation through the official app is convenient.
Phone reservations are not available.

  • Go Now (Queue Reservation) : Check in via the app, and enter when your turn comes.

  • Go Later (Date & Time Reservation) : Reservations can be made up to 1 month in advance, so it’s stress-free even during travel.

After your reservation is complete, don’t forget to check in via the app.
