Simple steps of making ”moon admiring egg” by microwave


1.Break eggs into a small dish and use chopsticks to scoop up the egg white for about 10 times.

2.Poke a hole in the yolk with chopsticks for 1-2 times. (Without a hole, the egg might explode.)

3.Use a microwave to heat up at 600w for 40-50 secs. It can be taken out when the egg white turn from transparent to white.

4.Finish! Finally, draw a circle around the egg white then it can be easily taken out to be placed in soba.
