Cheap and delicious! 4 recommended [Endorsed by everyone] snacks

Do you know of the original brand [Endorsed by everyone] from Seiyu, a supermarket chain that is found throughout Japan? The brand is known for incorporating the opinions of housewives in Japan into product development and for its low price but high quality. Today, I would like to introduce some ridiculously cheap snacks, from the [Endorsed by everyone] brand, that pair well with alcohol.

Cheese & Cod

First up, we have that Cheese & cod which is made from fish paste mixed with cheese. The snack is a familiar one in Japan, however, if you buy it from the convenience store the price will range between 200 yen and 300 yen, making it relatively pricey. That is why, at 92 yen (Tax Excl.), the Cheese & Cod from [Endorsed by everyone] is quite the steal.

Taste wise, the snack has a rich cheesy taste that pairs well with the cod! On top of that the cod does not have a fishy smell. Also, the cheese is a special blend of various natural cheeses making it easy to eat!

Sweet & spicy [Noshiika] dried squid

[Noshiika] is a snack made from dried squid. The snack is really chewy and has a somewhat strong flavor from its seasoning, therefore, pairing well with alcohol!

The snack has seasoning which is on the sweet side but its aftertaste has a tinch of spicy kick to it. On top of this, I am glad that the snack is cut into bite sizes and it does not cause your hands to be sticky because it is dried.

Squid-shaped crackers

Next up, we have a squid flavored rice cracker, however, as you can see, it is also in the shape of a squid!

It is really cute right? The snack has a crunchy and crispy texture and taste wise it has a nice balance between the spicy seasoning and the squid taste, making it delicious to munch on. Each packet contains 5 pieces. This snack has a mayo flavor as well, so for those who are interested please have a try.
Price:92 yen(Tax Excl.)

Mini Kakiage Tempura sauce flavor

Lastly, we have this product. The snack is a mini kakiage made from corn, carrots, edamame, leeks and onions.

The snack has a crunchy and crispy texture similar to that of freshly made kakiage. Taste wise, although it is stated to be tempura sauce flavor, the vegetable taste is more prominent. Also, unlike real kakiage, it does not become soft after some time has passed. Although it is slightly changed from real kakiage, it is still a perfect pairing for alcohol!
Price:92 yen(Tax Excl.)

Did you like the products? This time we have 4 different snacks from the original brand [Endorsed by everyone] from Seiyu, all of which are cheap. Also, because each one is sold in a relatively small amount you can have fun comparing them while enjoying a drink!
