To address this issue, Payke has released a new “reservation service” in which Payke staff can make reservations at restaurants on your behalf!
With this service, you can make reservations with confidence even if you do not understand Japanese. This service allows you to make reservations with peace of mind even if you don’t understand Japanese. Payke staff can also listen to your requests in advance, such as the degree of force or areas you do not want to be touched, and inform the store in advance.
As the first installment, we would like to introduce you to 【Baan Rak】, a Thai traditional massage parlor that is very popular among Japanese people and has recently received high praise from foreign tourists as well! You can make a reservation on the day of your visit, but it is highly recommended! Same-day reservations are available, but since it is a popular store, advance reservations are recommended! [Baan Rak] has multiple locations in Tokyo with good accessibility, so you can use it where you stay or on your way to sightseeing. The Shinjuku branch is the largest in the group, with a total of 12 rooms, including pair rooms. Pair rooms can accommodate up to four people at the same time, so they can be used by family members or friends traveling together. Upon arrival at the restaurant, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel very relaxed. I was particularly impressed with the reception staff, who were very friendly and courteous.
Flow of treatment
1. Reception
You will receive confirmation of your appointment and a brief consultation, and you will tell us about your physical condition and areas of particular fatigue. It is recommended that you inform Payke staff of your needs in advance of your appointment to facilitate the process.
2. Preparation
I was shown to the treatment room and changed into a relaxing gown. The room was clean, quiet, and had pleasant music playing.
3. Start of treatment
The massage started with light stretching and gradually moved to deeper pressure. They carefully relieved the stiffness of the muscles, especially in the shoulders and back. The stretching, a characteristic of traditional Thai massage, was very pleasant and I felt the blood circulation throughout my body improve.

At the end of the 60-minute treatment, I felt lighter and completely relieved of fatigue. At the end of the treatment, I was given a cup of herbal tea and spent a relaxing time.

How to make reservations through the Payke app
Open the Payke application and follow the steps below to make a reservation from the chat.

(3) Fill in the desired reservation date and necessary information.

(4) Check the reservation status with the restaurant and Payke staff will make the reservation on your behalf.
