When You Think ‘Winter’- It Has to be This! Stay Warm from the Inside Out with Ebara Foods’s “Puchitto Nabe” Series

When you think of winter dishes, what do you think of?
The majority of Japanese people like nabe (Japanese hot pot), and the nabe eaten together with family and friends are especially enjoyed!
However, we would usually make too much, and we are left with the hassle of either finding a way to eat the leftovers the next morning or turning it into the usual vegetable-rice soup.
Also, when you think of nabe, you would imagine it being eaten by a group of people around the dinner table rather than it being eaten alone.
“If it’s possible, I want to eat them whenever I want and however much I want!”
“I want to eat nabe even if I’m living alone!”
And there’s a product that fulfills those wishes.
This time, I want to introduce you to the “Puchitto Nabe” series sold by Ebara Foods.

“The Savory-Spiciness of the Seafood and Korean Peppers”
【Puchitto Nabe: Sundobu-jjigae】

〔Contents〕40g×4 pods
〔Calories〕61kcal
When you open the package, there are 4 pods of “nabe potions,” or concentrated nabe soup stock, inside.

One potion can make one serving, so this package can at least make 4 servings. By the way, with one potion you would need 150ml of water.
They’re very easy to make.
●Example ingredients (2 servings)
・Potion: 2
・Water: 300ml
・Silken/soft tofu: 1 pack
・Egg: 1
●Steps:
①Add 2 potion pods and 300ml of water inside a pot.
②Add tofu into the stew, and add an egg to finish off the dish.
What do you think? With this, even a person who’s not very good at cooking can make this with ease!
The ingredients that I mentioned above is simply one example, so please add in foods like nira (garlic chives), pork, and noodles according to your taste.

Even if you’re not good with spicy foods, I think that most would find this level of spiciness manageable.
The added ingredients absorbed the flavors of seafood, and it smelled very savory!
It only took around 30 minutes to make, which is also a plus.
