Today I would like to introduce the vegetable life 100 smoothie series from KAGOME. Lately, it has become much more common to see the smoothies at supermarkets and convenience stores. Among them I would like to introduce 4 recommended ones.

There is a common characteristic among the entire smoothie series; one serving contains half of the recommended daily intake of vegetables, at 175g. It is an easy fix for those who are not getting enough vegetables in their diet. Also, the smoothies do not contain sugar, sweeteners or thickeners, making them a healthier choice. One special thing about plant-based probiotics is that it sure to reach the intestines due to its strong survivability. Taste wise the smoothie has a strong lemon taste and a slight sour tinch. Also, the smoothie has a refreshing after taste making it easy to drink.

Green Smoothie Mix


Next, I would like to introduce the Green Smoothie Mix. The smoothie contains 16 different vegetables and 4 fruit; this particular smoothie contains the largest number of vegetables among the entire series. Also, the smoothie tastes mostly of apple and kiwi. The smoothie was green so I was bracing myself for the taste but surprisingly it was really refreshing and delicious!

Berry Smoothie Soy Milk Yogurt Mix


Next is the Berry Smoothie Soy Milk Yogurt Mix. The smoothie contains 14 different vegetables and 4 fruits as well as soy beans. The smoothie tastes of berries but, mysteriously, it has a vegetable juice after taste. On top of that, it tastes of soy beans as well, since the beans are used in the smoothie. In addition, the smoothie is quite like yogurt making it easy to drink and perfect when you have an empty stomach.

Soy Milk Banana Mix


Last of the introductions is the Soy Milk Banana Mix. The smoothie contains 14 different vegetables, 3 fruits and soy beans. The smoothie is banana flavored so it is easy to drink and is recommended for those who do not fancy vegetables. The smoothie is perfect for those busy mornings when you do have much time to grab a bite.
