First let us look at the CASHMERE tissue paper from Scottie.

Looking at one piece, you can tell that it is really soft.

Comparing side by side, one can see that the CASHMERE (left) is thicker than the Nepi Nepi Mate (right) tissue paper. Next, adding as much pressure as the CASHMERE tissue paper could withstand, I tried rubbing it on the back of my hand. However, even then, my skin did not turn red and the surface of the tissue paper was barely scraped off. Also, even if you wet the tissue with water, it takes quite a bit of effort for it to tear. On top of being thicker than regular tissue paper, the Hana Serebu is soft and smooth, making it pleasant to the touch. I also tried rubbing the Hana Serebu tissue paper on the back of my hand. Again, only a little of the surface of the tissue paper scraped off and my skin did not redden at all. Also, despite being wetted with water and applying pressure, the tissue paper was highly resistant to tear. Below is my evaluation of the Hana Serebu tissue paper.

Again, Lotion Tissue is thicker yet softer than regular tissue paper. It is softer than the CASHMERE tissue paper but slightly stiffer compared to the Hana Serebu tissue paper. Next, rubbing the Lotion Tissue tissue paper on the back of my hand, my skin only reddened the slightest bit. Even so, the surface of the tissue paper did not scrap off. However, wetting the tissue paper caused it to tear from even a slight pull. Below is my evaluation of the Lotion Tissue tissue paper.
