Use this when you have stiff shoulders and back pains! Pain relieving warmth~
There are many causes of stiff shoulders and back pain lurking in our surroundings, from our posture when watching television or using our phones or computers, to sitting or standing for long hours at work; I am also one of those troubled by stiff shoulders. So today I would like to introduce some goods that can help relieve those pains and soothe your spirit.

First on the list is the lavender scented [Good Night steam patch].
This is the perfect product to use before sleep to help you relax and heal away your tiredness after a long day. The steam pad will warm up the back of your neck with plenty of steam, helping you to relax. (The steam cannot be seen with the naked eye.) Each box contains 5 pieces and cost 516 yen (Tax Incl.).
Inside the packaging is a lavender colored pad with cute sheep illustrations as shown in the picture.
The pad should be stuck to the back of your neck as shown in the picture. The pad has quite a strong lavender scent, which can be overpowering if it is near to your nose, however by sticking it to the back of your neck the scent becomes well balanced. The pad slowly warms up when it is taken out of the packaging and together it will gradually warm up the applied area! It almost feels like you are attaching a warm sun to the nape of your neck. It may be a little too warm to use in summer but I am sure that the gradually warming up of your body will help you to fall into a gentle sleep. Hisamitsu [Direct thermal patch] use on shoulders and neck
Next, I would like to introduce the direct thermal patch from Hisamitsu, a well-known Japanese compress producing company.
The patches come in different sizes; 6 piece S size (550 yen [tax excl.]), 4 piece M size (550 yen [tax excl.]), 12 piece S size (1000 yen [tax excl.]) and 8 piece M size (1000 yen [tax excl.])
The patches are medical instruments that are too be applied onto the shoulders or the nape of the neck; I applied one onto my shoulder. The patches are odorless and not too hot; the patch is only relatively warm but you can feel it warming you up to your core. I only used it for 2 hours but my body was loose and relaxed after that. You will definitely want to apply one when your body is tired or after long hours on the computer.
